We have a fantastic opportunity for an English law qualified solicitor with 6+ years PQE experience to join our expanding Real Estate Finance practice in London as a Principal Associate.
Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate LMA‑based real‑estate facility agreements (investment and development) across a wide spectrum of asset classes in domestic and European markets.
- Advising agents, security agents, servicers and cash managers on a range of REF‑backed financing transactions, including direct lending, back leverage and securitisation structures.
- Apply excellent deal‑management skills to support both lender/creditor and borrower‑side representation.
- Contribute to the growth of the agency/servicing practice while also handling development and investment work across various sectors.
- Collaborate with the existing team in London and colleagues in other offices.
Qualifications
- English law qualified solicitor.
- Minimum 6 years PQE experience.
- Current experience drafting and negotiating LMA‑based facility agreements across domestic and European markets.
- Demonstrable excellent deal‑management skills.
- Ability to switch between lender/creditor and borrower‑side representation as required.
