Shoosmiths LLP in the UK is seeking a Credit Team Leader to support cashflow, lead a six-strong Credit Control team and deputise for the Credit Manager.

The role combines technical credit control with people leadership, commercial judgement and accountability for delivery.

You will drive a high-quality debtor management process, maintain controls, and collaborate with Partners, Fee Earners and Business Services to optimise the billing-to-cash cycle.
