Our Commercial Group is in growth mode. We are looking for an Associate (2 yr PQE+) who has a focus on advertising, media and brand to join our team in Manchester or Birmingham. The role will require you to have solid technical contract drafting skills alongside a good understanding of commercial contracts, intellectual property transactions and related issues such as parallel trade and competition law. Good experience of licensing and acquisitions of both brands and content alongside sports and entertainment marketing will also be beneficial. Prior involvement in related contentious matters may be but the role will largely be non-contentious.
