Experteer Overview In this role you provide a full PA and secretarial service to Partners and Legal Advisers within the Employment team.
You'll work proactively to keep the team organized and supported, handling a mix of secretarial tasks and client-facing touchpoints.

Key responsibilities
- High-volume typing of correspondence and documents
- Photocopying and preparing enclosures for signing
- Opening/closing client files and filing correspondence
- Reconciling payments and sending bills; chasing bills per adviser instructions
- Managing expenses and paying suppliers; monitoring financial hygiene
- Managing diary and scheduling meetings; arranging travel
- Handling phone inquiries and client interactions
- Using case management system (training provided)
- Organising meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Ideally prior Legal PA experience handling Partners and a broader team
- Self-motivated and able to work without supervision
- Accurate keyboard skills
- Proficient with Word and Outlook; digital dictation
- Knowledge of Power Point and Excel is helpful but not essential
- Attention to detail and quality in all documentation
- Methodical and well-organised approach
- Excellent communication and telephone manner
