Our Commercial Group is hiring at Associate level upwards (3+ years’ PQE). We would be delighted to hear from you if you’re a commercial and tech lawyer looking to work on challenging high quality matters for blue-chip and exciting clients. If you join us, you will undertake a wide variety of interesting and stimulating commercial and tech work, much of which is cutting edge involving advising clients on business critical strategic and/or novel projects. You may also get the opportunity to complete a secondment in-house for one of our valued clients.

The team works across a number of sectors with a particular focus on automotive and the wider mobility sector, logistics, retail / FMCG, tech, and life sciences and is regularly involved in cutting edge commercial contract and tech projects. We have a truly amazing client base – we mostly act for global brands and FTSE 100/250 corporates – and you will get involved in supporting these clients from day 1. Much of the work that we do is of an international nature. We work very closely with our clients and are often viewed as an extension of their businesses.
