The role will require full flexibility throughout the week, and the core rota may change based on the needs of the business.

The Supervisor Role

We are looking for a team player who can step up to support the Store Manager and run the store in their absence. An all‑rounder who is flexible and enthusiastic about providing outstanding customer service is essential.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer receives excellent, first‑class service with a warm, friendly, and helpful approach.
• Coach and support your team to meet the same service standard.
• Operate effectively in a busy, fast‑paced environment.
• Maintain a great shop‑floor appearance at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• A strong sense of pride in the work you do.
• Retail management or supervisory experience is desirable.
• Flexibility – availability to be discussed at interview.
