Position: Part‑time (30 hours), permanent.
We are looking for a service‑oriented supervisor capable of supporting the Store Manager and running the store in their absence. The role requires working on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday with flexibility for the rest of the week. Core rota may change based on business needs.
Key Duties and Responsibilities- Deliver first‑class customer service with a warm, friendly approach.
- Coach and support the team to maintain high service standards.
- Work efficiently in a busy, fast‑paced environment.
