Sales Assistant

shoezone has an opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join our team based in Redhill. This position is offered on a Part-time, permanent basis.

This role requires working on Saturdays for 8.5 hours per week. Flexibility for the rest of the week is also needed, with the core rota subject to change based on the business\’s needs.

In return, you will receive a competitive salary, pro-rated between £4,441.25 to £5,422.77 per annum (Full-Time Equivalent £19,593.75 to £23,923.96), depending on your age. After 3 years with the company, you will be on the national minimum wage for 21+ year olds regardless of age. You will also have access to career development opportunities and benefits.

The Sales Assistant Role

We provide comprehensive training to help our Sales Assistants gain the knowledge, confidence, and skills to excel, even if you’re new to shoezone. A genuine enthusiasm and passion for helping people, along with a motivation to learn and develop, are essential.
