Shoezone Retail Limited is looking for a Sales Assistant based in Newport. We are hiring for a part‑time (10 hours per week) permanent position. This role requires working on Friday and Sunday, with flexibility for other days as needed. The core rota can change based on business needs. In return, you will receive a competitive salary, pro‑rated between £5,225.00 and £6,379.73 per annum (Full Time Equivalent £19,593.75 to £23,923.96) depending on your age. After 3 years with the company, you will be on the national minimum wage for 21+ year olds regardless of age. You will also receive career development opportunities and great benefits.

The Sales Assistant role: We train all sales assistants to develop the knowledge, confidence and skills needed to succeed. You should have genuine enthusiasm and passion for helping people and a motivation to learn and develop.
