Join our fast‑paced Customer Services team to handle day‑to‑day enquiries from customers via web, store, phone, email, live chat and social media, ensuring the best possible outcomes and closing queries efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Resolving email and live chat enquiries
- Answering customer telephone calls
- Responding to customer queries on social media
- Liaising with couriers to resolve delivery enquiries
Qualifications & Skills
- Friendly, enthusiastic and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a cheerful and confident manner.
- Positive, professional and calm telephone manner.
- GCSE Level 4/Grade C or above in Maths and English (ideal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
