We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join our store in Manchester Trafford Kids. Various contracts available. Must be willing to work with kids in a busy environment. Evening availability until 11pm and weekend availability essential. Group interviews to be held 14th June 5pm-8pm. Hourly rates will match or exceed the national minimum wage for your age.
About what you’ll be doing –
- Delivering the highest level of customer service possible, greeting and approaching customers and providing in depth product knowledge.
- Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets.
- Processing payments, customer orders and reservations.
- Stock management and shop floor merchandising.
- Maintaining high standards both on shop floor and in back areas.
- Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures.
Previous experience is not essential, however customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
