We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join our kids store in Manchester Trafford Kids.
About what you’ll be doing:
- Delivering the highest level of customer service possible to both child and their parent/guardian
- Offering our free measure and fitting service to our little customers
- Providing in depth product knowledge
- Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets
- Processing payments, customer orders and reservations
- Stock management and shop floor merchandising
- Maintaining high standards both on shop floor and in back areas
- Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures
Previous experience is not essential, however customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
