The Headteacher of Shoeburyness High School and the CEO of SECAT are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and hardworking Specialist Learning Support Assistant to undertake medical procedures to support SEND students assigned to their care.

The successful candidate, following training, must be prepared to provide clinically effective, high quality care to meet the intimate care needs and medical treatments required by students within the school.

It is essential that the appointed candidate has GCSE Maths and English or equivalent at Grade C or 4 or above. It is desirable that the successful candidate has certifications in the use of hoists, catheters, first aid and previous experience working with young people with medical needs.
