Overview
We are seeking a Store Supervisor to join our team in Waltham Cross on a Part Time, Permanent basis. The role supports the Store Manager and can run the store in their absence. Flexibility is important to cover a 21.5 hour week, typically including a Sunday, with the core rota subject to change based on business needs.

Responsibilities
- Ensure every customer receives excellent first-class service with a warm, friendly and helpful approach.
- Coach and support the team to maintain the same customer service standard.
- Work in a busy and fast-paced environment and keep the shop floor looking great at all times.
- Step up to support the Store Manager and run the store in their absence.
- Be a flexible team player, able to support the store as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Retail management/supervisory experience would be desirable.
- Flexible availability (to be discussed at interview).
- A pride in delivering high standards of customer service and store presentation.
- Ability to work 21.5 hours per week, with typical Sunday coverage and rota flexibility.
