shoezone has an opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team based in Coton Hayes. You will join us on a full‑time, permanent basis and, in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

The Store Manager role:

  • As a Store Manager you will be responsible for the running of your store.
  • You will be a proactive, hands‑on leader who focuses on maximising sales, exceeding budget targets, controlling costs, delivering excellent customer service and developing your team.
  • Directly responsible for achieving optimum sales through commercial performance, ensuring excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Support, develop and mentor your team to maintain high store standards and customer experience.
  • Take ownership of store standards, merchandising and housekeeping in accordance with marketing guidelines.
  • Provide a safe environment for staff and customers by implementing current health and safety policies.
