As a Store Manager, you will have the responsibility for the running of your store. You will be a hands-on individual who leads from the front in a role which can at times be challenging and demanding, focusing ultimately on maximising sales through your local knowledge, exceeding budget targets, efficient cost controlling, promoting the best customer service and looking for opportunities to lead, motivate, develop and inspire your team.
Directly responsible for achieving optimum sales through commerciality, ensuring excellent customer service is provided by your team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Actively support, develop and mentor your team of colleagues to ensure store standards are high and that the best customer experience is offered to ensure repeat custom.
- Take ownership of the store by consistently maintaining store standards and commerciality by ensuring the store is merchandised to Marketing guidelines, and general housekeeping is at a high standard.
- Providing a safe environment for your team and customers by implementing current health and safety policies.
