We are looking for an energetic and dependable individual to be part of our sales team. The 2nd Assistant Manager is an entry-level, part-time management role that involves selling shoes and managing the sales team when you are the manager on duty. We value internal promotions and career growth.
What you will do:
- Greet customers and guide them through their shopping experience.
- Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories.
- Ring up sales, process payments, and handle cash or credit cards.
- Assist in restocking the sales floor.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Train and mentor team members.
- Lead the team to ensure excellent customer service.
- Make deposits at the bank.
- Process freight and set up the sales floor as shipments arrive.
