Position: 2nd Assistant Manager - Part Time

Location: Highland, IL

The 2nd Assistant Manager is an entry-level part-time management role that will not only sell our shoes to customers but also manage and lead the sales team when you are the manager on duty. What you will do:

  • Greet customers and guide them through their shopping experience.
  • Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories.
  • Ring up sales, process payments, and handle credit cards.
  • Help restock the sales floor.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
  • Teach others how to perform sales tasks.
  • Lead the team to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Make deposits at the bank.
  • Process freight and set up the sales floor as shipments arrive.
