We are looking for an energetic and dependable individual who wants to be part of our sales team. The 2nd Assistant Manager is an entry level part-time management role that will not only sell our shoes to customers but also manage and lead the sales team when you are the manager on duty. This role is for the person that is looking for a career with great job growth in a company that values internally promoting our employees. What you will do:
- Greet our customers and guide them through their shopping experience.
- Sell Shoes, apparel, and accessories to customers.
- Ring up sales in computer, take cash/run credit cards.
- Help re-stock the sales floor.
- Keep things neat and clean in the store.
- Teach others how to do all the things above.
- Lead the rest of the team to ensure the best customer sales experience.
- Make deposits at the bank.
- Process freight and set the sales floor as it arrives.

What you need:
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and personal transportation to take deposits to the bank.
- Want to teach others how to sell and learn how to be a people manager.
- Willing to open/close the store, knowing that there may be times that you are alone in the store.
- Willing and able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Can kneel, twist, bend, climb a ladder, reach, stoop and lift 25-50 pounds.
