Do you have proven experience of advising HR transformational strategy and the business and commercial acumen to translate strategy into practical initiatives? The Senior People Business Partner anticipates where the business is going before it gets there, identifies the organisational risks standing between the company and its commercial goals, and builds the leadership, talent, and organisational conditions required to close that gap. This role is at the intersection of People, Commercial, and Finance, partnering closely with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to ensure that organisational capability, leadership, and workforce strategy are directly engineered to accelerate revenue growth, margin performance, and enterprise value creation.

What You Will Be Doing
- Act as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the Executive Team, with a dedicated, high-frequency partnership with the CRO and CFO to embed people strategy into commercial and financial planning.
- Contribute as a core member of enterprise-wide strategic and transformation discussions, representing the People function as a driver of business value.
- Drive strategic workforce planning aligned to revenue growth, commercial expansion, and financial targets — including go-to-market capability, commercial talent density, and cost structure implications of workforce decisions.
- Use workforce and commercial data collectively to inform outcomes and build future workforce and commercial readiness.
- Coach and assist Executive Team leaders to strengthen their leadership effectiveness, cross-functional collaboration, and enterprise impact.
- Drive organisation design initiatives that reshape how the business operates to deliver on commercial and financial strategy — including go-to-market models, operating model redesign, and cross-functional integration between People, Commercial, and Finance.
- Ensure People strategies assist engagement and belonging in ways that also strengthen commercial execution and retention of critical talent.
- Champion a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement with clear line of sight to business results.
Essential What we are looking for from you:
- Demonstrate a strong commercial and financial acumen, genuine fluency in P&L, revenue drivers, margin levers, and workforce cost economics.
- Proven track record partnering directly and credibly with Commercial (Sales/Revenue) and Finance heads on strategy.
- Expertise in workforce planning, organisation design, talent strategy, and large-scale business transformation.
- Proven experience coaching and influencing senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
