Are you passionate about professional services and enjoy delivering world class customer service? SHL are looking for a new Managing Consultant and would love to speak with you.

In this role you will be part of the European Professional Services Team, designing and delivering solutions and services that are driven by industry best practices and that positively impact customer business objectives and partnerships. What you will be doing:

  • High Stakes Project Delivery: Uses their subject matter expertise and experience to guide customers and colleagues in the successful delivery of large, complex projects or programmes for our most valued and high level customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Builds strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executive-level audiences.
  • Consulting Agility: Helps customers define and evolve needs and effectively guides them through ambiguous and testing scenarios.
  • Thought Leadership and Advisory: Provides customers with strategic recommendations based on the analysis of intricate quantitative HR and People data and their comprehension of the market and HR Best practices.

What we are looking for from you:

Essential:

  • MSc in Industrial/Organisational Psychology or equivalent
  • At least 6 years experience in HR or Talent Management consulting, or as a practitioner delivering and managing customer projects
  • Strong customer orientation and experience in working in a client-facing role.
  • Program design and implementation experience
  • Talent assessment and Talent management experience
  • Comfortable with statistical data analysis and interpretation
  • Experience in presenting and interacting with senior stakeholders

Desirable:

  • Knowledge about HR strategy and processes
  • Experience in delivery of training and facilitation of workshops
  • Advanced data analysis skills incl. knowledge of at least one statistical program (e.g. SPSS, R)
