Do you have a strong technical background, excellent analytical experience and a deep knowledge of HR processes and systems? Are you experienced using the HRIS platform Sage People? The HRIS and Data Specialist will play a critical role in overseeing and maintaining our HRIS platform Sage People, ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, and providing guidance to HR users. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely from the UK. The candidate must have the right to work in the UK.
What You Will Be Doing
- Act as first point of contact for all HRIS related queries within our HR Helpdesk ensuring internal SLAs are met.
- Serve as the primary administrator for the Sage People platform, including system configuration, maintenance, and updates.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Sage People by regularly auditing and reviewing data inputs and outputs.
- Provide training and guidance to HR users on Sage People functionality and processes.
- Generate and assess reports and metrics from Sage People and Tableau to aid decision‑making and drive process improvements.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate Sage People with other systems and applications as needed.
- Assist with Sage People related projects, such as system implementations, migrations, or upgrades, as assigned.
Essential Qualifications
- Experienced HRIS Specialist or similar role, administering Sage People.
- Experience in database management and report writing.
- Excellent analytical and solution‑finding experience.
- Experience of handling multiple projects simultaneously.

- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
