What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive the creation and implementation of Enterprise account growth strategies focused on renewals and expansion
  • Build strong executive-level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to clients
  • Partner with Customer Engagement Managers to align on retention and growth initiatives
  • Navigate SHL’s full product suite to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Collaborate with pre‑sales and solution experts to design impactful proposals
  • Lead QBRs and strategic reviews showcasing SHL’s value and performance insights

Essential

  • Proven experience in Enterprise account management or solution sales
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Track record of strategic growth and client relationship building

Desirable

  • Experience in SaaS or HR Tech
  • Understanding of HR/talent lifecycle solutions
  • Familiarity with consultative selling approaches
  • Ability to lead C‑suite presentations and negotiations
