What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive the creation and implementation of Enterprise account growth strategies focused on renewals and expansion
- Build strong executive-level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to clients
- Partner with Customer Engagement Managers to align on retention and growth initiatives
- Navigate SHL’s full product suite to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with pre‑sales and solution experts to design impactful proposals
- Lead QBRs and strategic reviews showcasing SHL’s value and performance insights
Essential
- Proven experience in Enterprise account management or solution sales
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Track record of strategic growth and client relationship building
Desirable
- Experience in SaaS or HR Tech
- Understanding of HR/talent lifecycle solutions
- Familiarity with consultative selling approaches
- Ability to lead C‑suite presentations and negotiations
