Job Description:
Are you a senior business consultant or advisor with a foundation in IO Psychology? Are you passionate about bringing together the best in IO psychology, consulting, and project management to design intuitive digital talent solutions to shape the future of work? The Managing Consultant is a professional track role responsible for delivering client projects for strategic SHL customers and helping them to gain full value from our products and solutions.

What you will be doing:
- High Stakes Project Delivery: Uses their subject matter expertise and experience to guide customers and colleagues in the successful delivery of large, complex projects or programmes for our most valued and high-level customers.
- Customer Relationship Management: Builds strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executive-level audiences.
- Consulting Agility: Helps customers define and evolve needs and effectively guides them through ambiguous and testing scenarios.
- Thought Leadership and Advisory: Provides customers with strategic recommendations based on the analysis of intricate quantitative HR and People data and their comprehension of the market and HR Best practices.
What we are looking for from you:
- MSc in Industrial/Organisational Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 6 years experience in HR or Talent Management consulting, or as a practitioner delivering and managing customer projects.
- Strong customer orientation and experience in working in a client-facing role.
- Program design and implementation experience.
- Talent assessment and Talent management experience.
- Comfortable with statistical data analysis and interpretation.
- Experience in presenting and interacting with senior stakeholders.
