SHL Group is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to the Executive Team, partnering with the CRO and CFO to embed people strategy into commercial and financial planning. This role centers on shaping workforce strategy to drive revenue growth and enterprise value.

You will lead strategic workforce planning, organisation design, and talent strategy, coaching senior leaders, and collaborating across People, Commercial and Finance to enable robust business outcomes.
