Are you a marketing professional who has know-how around marketing technology and tools such as Eloqua or Demandbase, has worked with marketing pipelines and data and has an eye for process and process improvements? If so the role of Marketing Automation Specialist could be the one for you. You will help take care of and improve our Marketing tech stack, including Eloqua and Demandbase’s ABM platform. We are looking for someone with some experience in Eloqua, marketing automation, and marketing pipelines, who is willing to learn more. What you will be doing:

  • Implementation of new technology into marketing tech stack and driving adoption of new systems and troubleshooting technical issues across Eloqua and Demandbase with external partners.
  • Working with user base to document requirements and develop changes in functionality and maintain an accurate roadmap of improvements and timelines.
  • Analysis and ongoing improvement of segmentation, data quality, lead gen pipeline performance and email deliverability.
  • Integrating Eloqua forms into website CMS using pre-built API.
  • Delivering monthly dashboards on marketing performance and adhoc analysis and effective recommendation of future analysis to enhance marketing processes and revenue.
  • Offline data manipulation using excel for data audits and correction.
  • Working with Information security team to ensure security standards and legal standards are met today and in future development changes.
  • Documentation of processes and best practices for users and stakeholders.

What we are looking for from you:

  • Essential: Proven fundamental knowledge of B2B marketing technology (e.g. Eloqua, Demandbase).
  • Critical thinking mindset, analytical and results-driven.
  • A great communicator who can effectively present information and plans.
  • Energetic and organised.
  • Desirable: Marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot and Salesforce.com.
