What you will be doing:
- Provide a high level of customer service and sales support to internal and external customers and be accountable for presenting a consistent \’face of SHL’ to the customer.
- Maximise on all sales opportunities coming into the Global Customer Service Centre (GCSC) client business.
- Provide assistance to global customers using SHL’s range of ‘Off the Shelf’ and ‘Internet Based’ IT products, responding to all incoming enquiries by telephone, e-mail, web, and chat to provide a consistent level of service.
- Look for potential revenue streams and feed back to management for ways to increase revenue and update SHL processes.
- Manage accounts of small and medium enterprise (SME) companies.
What we are looking for from you:
Essential:
- Excellent people skills; excellent written & oral communication skills.
- Fluency in English with a second European language (Dutch, German, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish preferred).
- Effective time management and experience of working to time frames.
- Ability to build relationships and work well across functions.
- Great customer-facing techniques and duty to remedy issues promptly.
Desirable:
- Experience of working in a customer-facing role.
- Experience in a contact center environment preferred however not essential.
- Degree educated preferred however not essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work under pressure working to agreed targets.
