Do you have a background in strategy, consulting or business analysis? Do you have strong analytical skills, with a logical approach to problem-solving and a proactive mindset? Do you have the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable insights and communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders? You will hold accountability for delivering high-quality and high-impact analytics that inform strategic decisions across the business and support data-driven strategy development and business planning in collaboration with senior leadership, including C-Level stakeholders.

What you will be doing:
- Partner with the Commercial Process Lead and other senior leaders to develop data-driven commercial strategies and support strategic decision-making across the business.
- Understand complex business processes and identify areas where data and analytics can drive insight and improvement in commercial operations.
- Design, build, and maintain analytical models and reports that provide meaningful insights into business performance, trends, and opportunities.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to answer key commercial questions and uncover insights that shape strategy and improve profitability.
- Assess current practices and develop recommendations to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and improve accuracy. Own and drive initiatives to streamline commercial operations.
- Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations and present them to senior stakeholders using effective storytelling and data visualization techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Sales, Marketing and Legal to ensure alignment of data, tools, and processes supporting commercial effectiveness.

- Significant experience in a strategy, consulting, or business analysis.
- Strong analytical skills, with a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent analytical skills, able to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Desirable:
- Data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or SQL).
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools.
