What you’ll be doing:
- Drive the creation and implementation of account growth strategies focused on renewals and expansion
- Build strong executive‑level relationships, acting as a esteemed advisor to clients
- Partner with Customer Engagement Managers to align on retention and growth initiatives
- Navigate SHL’s full product suite to identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
- Collaborate with pre‑sales and solution experts to design impactful proposals
- Direct QBRs and strategic reviews showcasing SHL’s value and performance insights
What we’re looking for from you:
Essential:
- Proven experience in account management or solution sales
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Track record of strategic growth and client relationship building
Desirable:
- Experience in SaaS or HR Tech
- Understanding of HR/talent lifecycle solutions
- Familiarity with consultative selling approaches
- Ability to direct C‑suite presentations and negotiations
