Due to continued growth, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Scaffolding Estimator to join our growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established scaffolding contractor delivering projects across construction, infrastructure, rail and specialist access sectors.
Role responsibilities:
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
- Carrying out scaffold take-offs and preparing accurate cost estimates
- Pricing labour, materials, transport, and design requirements
- Liaising with clients, contracts managers, and design teams
- Preparing competitive tender submissions and quotations
- Supporting project handover to operations teams
- Identifying risks, variations, and commercial opportunities
Candidate requirements:
- Proven experience estimating scaffolding works
- Strong understanding of tube & fitting and system scaffolding
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and programmes
- Commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and client engagement experience
- CISRS background advantageous but not essential
