We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and motivational person to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager.

Compensation & Hours

  • Salary: From £26,250 per annum (pro‑rated for part‑time roles)
  • Flexible shifts: Weekday and weekend hours

Key Responsibilities

  • Using your initiative to ensure the store runs smoothly and all customers leave feeling happy and satisfied.
  • Lead and motivate the team and delegate responsibility.
  • Manage the store in the manager’s absence.
  • Coach, mentor and motivate the team to achieve amazing results.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales and increase profitability.
  • Assist with training new partners and welcome them into the team.
