We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and motivational person to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager.
Compensation & Hours
- Salary: From £26,250 per annum (pro‑rated for part‑time roles)

Key Responsibilities
- Using your initiative to ensure the store runs smoothly and all customers leave feeling happy and satisfied.
- Lead and motivate the team and delegate responsibility.
- Manage the store in the manager’s absence.
- Coach, mentor and motivate the team to achieve amazing results.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales and increase profitability.
- Assist with training new partners and welcome them into the team.
