As a Retail Manager you will be bringing this vision to our customers on counter. Your passion for artistry, service and leading people is key, we are looking for someone who is confident and experienced in managing a business, coaching and developing a team and is ready to embody the NARS way in everything they do.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will inspire and motivate your small team to be the best they can, everyday.
- Through your leadership you will develop the team to deliver our customer engagement approach and create strong connections with our customers through brand history and high performance formulas, encouraging them to identify and maximise sales opportunities.
- You’ll be empowered to take accountability for driving your business.
- Thinking outside of the box, you'll use your networking skills to connect with external partners to recruit new customers whilst engaging existing customers and securing brand loyalty to not only NARS but you as an Artist.
- We'll ensure you have all the tools you need to achieve your goals, and you'll partner closely with your Area Manager, Education and HR to build a business plan that will drive those KPIs across your team and deliver results.
- As a NARS Artist and Retail Manager, you have the power to change the way a client feels about themselves through your actions, communication and the connections that you make.

- Retail Management experience
- Strong experience in artistry, ideally with a qualification
- Ability to communicate effectively with Area Sales & Education Manager on business performance
- Ability to drive KPIs and sales targets within the team
- Excellent communicator
- Experience in coaching and developing others
