YOUR NEXT ROLE:

This role will allow you to combine your passion for artistry with commercial objectives. You will drive your personal sales targets, building strong relationships with retailers to create opportunities for events and brand promotions, whilst educating retailer staff to empower them to meet their sales targets independently. Reporting into an Area Sales & Education Manager, this role requires someone who is comfortable working independently as well as being able to become part of the team when in store. This is a permanent position, covering West London region. Additionally, you will have a designated home store where you will work at least one day per week. You will also visit stores within your assigned region and on occasion travel outside the area as needed to support the business.

Being a Retail Development Manager brings with it diverse day to day activities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieving personal sales targets
  • Conducting makeup services
  • Collaborating with store teams to improve performance
  • Leading artistry events
  • Identifying opportunities for customer acquisition
  • Developing event strategies in partnership with management
  • Focusing on training and coaching store consultants on NARS products and techniques
  • Supporting product launches
  • Participating in advanced artistry training
  • Managing stock files
  • Overseeing Point-of-Sale materials
  • Ensuring store maintenance for optimal efficiency

This role requires strong relationship‑building skills with store managers and beauty consultants to enhance collaboration and sales performance.
