As a Retail Artist you will create one‑to‑one makeup sessions and run events to ensure each customer leaves confident in using NARS techniques to express their personal vision of beauty. You will use your artistry skills and product expertise to build strong connections with customers through brand history and high‑performance formulas, thereby securing brand loyalty to NARS and to yourself. You will uphold our customer engagement approach, achieving and exceeding performance targets while fostering an inclusive and diverse environment.
Qualifications
- Make‑up artistry and/or previous retail makeup experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self‑motivated and results‑driven
