Key Responsibilities
- Deliver one‑to‑one makeup consultations and customer‑engagement sessions.
- Use product expertise and artistry skills to showcase NARS products and create strong customer connections.
- Ensure each customer departs with confidence in makeup usage and brand loyalty.
- Meet and exceed performance and sales targets set by management.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and uphold NARS values.
