Contract: Permanent, 7.5 hours per week over 1 day

Reports to: Area Sales & Education Manager – NARS

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver one‑to‑one makeup consultations and customer‑engagement sessions.
  • Use product expertise and artistry skills to showcase NARS products and create strong customer connections.
  • Ensure each customer departs with confidence in makeup usage and brand loyalty.
  • Meet and exceed performance and sales targets set by management.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and uphold NARS values.

  • Demonstrable retail makeup artistry experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
