NARS Counter Manager - Boots, Leeds Trinity (30 Hours)

Location: Boots, Leeds Trinity • Contract type: Permanent, 30 hours per week over 4 days

Main Responsibilities

  • You will inspire and motivate a small team to deliver our customer engagement approach and create connections with customers through brand history and high-performance formulas.
  • You will take accountability for driving the business, using networking to recruit new customers and engage existing customers to build brand loyalty to NARS and to you as an Artist.
  • Partner with your Area Manager, Education and HR to build a business plan that drives KPIs across the team and delivers results.
  • Lead the team to achieve goals and uphold the NARS brand standards on counter.

Profile / Qualifications

  • Demonstrable retail management experience
  • Strong artistry experience, ideally with a qualification
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the Area Manager on business performance
  • Ability to drive KPIs and sales targets within the team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in coaching and developing others
