Job Overview

  • Location: Harrods, London
  • Hours: 37.5 hours over 5 days
  • Rate: £14.70 per hour
  • Contract: Permanent

Responsibilities

  • Deliver one‑to‑one sessions and events, using artistry skills and product knowledge to give customers confidence in NARS techniques.
  • Build strong connections with customers through brand history and high‑performance formulas to secure loyalty.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets while providing a creative and engaging service.
  • Communicate, collaborate and maintain brand standards as a NARS Artist.

Qualifications

  • Make‑up artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self‑motivated and results‑driven.
