Supporting our teams across Retail and Corporate, the Talent Acquisition Manager is exceptionally placed to attract, inspire and hire the next generation of talent as well as our overall recruitment strategy for Shiseido UK & Ireland. Supporting a population of +400 employees, reporting into the HR Director this role is a position of trust, one which promotes internal talent, setting our talent strategy and overseeing all recruitment activities.
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, every day will be diverse. As the authority on Talent Acquisition we rely on you to manage our end to end recruitment process for corporate teams, as well as supporting with retail recruitment. You will own our employer value proposition delivering the talent acquisition strategy.
This Role Will:- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle across all functions, ensuring timely and high quality hiring outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing expert guidance on role scoping, assessment methods, and selection decisions.
- Ensure recruitment processes are inclusive, fair, and compliant with employment legislation.
- Manage relationships with external partners, including agencies, job boards, and assessment providers.
- Develop and deliver a proactive talent acquisition strategy aligned to organisational priorities.
- Strengthen the organisation’s employer brand through targeted campaigns, social media presence, and compelling recruitment content.
- Ensure a positive, engaging, and consistent candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Represent the organisation at careers events, networking forums, and industry engagements, actively source partnerships to enhance our employer brand.
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs, skills gaps, and future capability requirements.
- Use recruitment analytics to track performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements.
- Produce regular dashboards and insights for leadership teams.
- Review policies, internal processes and paperwork and recruitment insights for best practice.
- Monitor recruitment spend and ensure cost‑effective hiring practices.
- Use market insights, data, and trends to inform hiring decisions and strategic planning.
- Embed inclusive hiring practices and support initiatives that broaden access to underrepresented talent.
- Ensure recruitment processes reflect organisational values and commitments.
