MISSION
Use commercial and creative talent to help the development of the skincare and makeup brands and implement the marketing strategy and product launch calendar within the retail distribution.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Trade Marketing
- Work closely with Shiseido and CPB’s managers to execute both brands’ marketing plans in the UK.
- Coordinate the design and delivery of all marketing materials to support product launches, events, beauty rooms, and customer activities: posters, leaflets, handout cards, direct mailers.
- Support Managers to coordinate GWPs: kit builds, label production, and POS materials.
- Copywriting for brand collateral, retailers’ websites, and digital platforms.
- Brief and manage CRM activities and Clienteling Tool with retail partners.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to support retailers’ marketing plans and counter activations.
- Ensure alignment with all other functions for multichannel activity execution.
- Provide marketing support for brand partnership activations and events.
- Support on creating presentations to present new launches and marketing plans to internal stakeholders.
- Support the brand managers on building and monitoring the full year POSM calendar.
- Liaise with Shiseido EMEA to request timely delivery of assets and information.
- Negotiate quotes for asset creation and printing of marketing materials.
- Coordinate with all departments to fill out monthly reports to be sent to EMEA teams about UK brand performance.
- Own the maintenance of the brands yearly masterplans to ensure all updates & changes are reflected.
- Coordinate with Operations and courier services for product send-outs.
- Monitor and analyse competitor activity and market trends monthly.

- Strong interest in the premium beauty industry.
- Highly organised with the ability to multi-task.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- Excel experience preferred.
- Proactive, independent and hands-on approach.
- Creative mindset, with Photoshop or design tool skills preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
