Responsibilities
- Deliver one‑to‑one sessions and events, using artistry skills and product knowledge to give customers confidence in NARS techniques.
- Build strong connections with customers through brand history and high‑performance formulas to secure loyalty.
- Meet and exceed performance targets while providing a creative and engaging service.
- Communicate, collaborate and maintain brand standards as a NARS Artist.
Qualifications
- Make‑up artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self‑motivated and results‑driven.
