MISSION
To support the E-Commerce DTC team in driving E-Commerce sales & campaign execution across our multiple E-Commerce & Marketing UK websites.
ORGANISATION
Reports to: E-Commerce Manager
Job Location: Shiseido Group London Head Office
Contract type: 12 month FTC
Start Date: 6th July 2026
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily/Weekly audits of Shiseido and NARS websites
- Coverage – retailer & competitors
- Support DTC team with testing new tools
- Produce weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports such as: out of stock, catalogue, sell-out reports
- Support E-Merchandisers with campaign asset briefing and testing
- Setting up and communicating promotions/updates to relevant teams
- Work collaboratively on e-merchandising action points
- Support E-Commerce Manager on site refresh plans
- Optimise on-site search
- Implement SEO redirects
- Research and report on market trends
- Updating copy on PDPs and PLPs
- Sourcing visual assets for content landing pages and blog content
- Publishing blog posts using HTML code
