The Consumer Insights & Data Analytics Coordinator plays a pivotal leadership role within Shiseido UK&I, responsible for shaping and driving the retail strategy across all brands in the portfolio. This position supports the Commercial Director by leading the retail organisation with a focus on elevating customer experience, strengthening brand equity, and delivering exceptional commercial performance. As the senior ambassador for retail excellence, the Head of Retail ensures that every store and counter reflects Shiseido’s luxury standards while empowering field teams to perform at their highest potential. This is a permanent position based in our UK Head office but will be expected to regularly travel across the UK&I to different store locations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage agencies’ deliverables and services, ensuring the work meets high‑quality standards (Circana, Euromonitor, Kantar, Mintel, Nielsen Media Spends, etc.)
  • Analyse brand performance, competitors, and market trends from Circana Beauty Market, compiling research into monthly reports with key takeaways sent to all teams
  • Analyse recent consumer trends in the beauty industry and on social, building reports with actionable insights and coordinating the internal monthly competitive forum
  • Build strong relationships with the commercial team, understand retailer strategy cross‑functionally, and upskill national teams.
