We are looking for a Retail Manager to bring the NARS vision to our customers at Frasers Glasgow. You will lead a small team, drive sales, coach staff, and embody the NARS way.
Responsibilities- Lead, inspire and coach a small retail team to deliver excellent customer engagement and high performance.
- Own daily business performance, driving KPIs and sales targets, and planning strategy with Area Manager, Education and HR.
- Use networking skills to recruit new customers, engage existing customers, and build brand loyalty.
- Represent NARS customers through artistry, service, and communication, fostering self‑confidence.
- Retail Management experience
- Strong experience in artistry, ideally with a qualification
- Ability to communicate effectively with Area Sales & Education Manager on business performance
- Ability to drive KPIs and sales targets within the team
- Excellent communicator
- Experience in coaching and developing others
- 30 days holiday, including bank holidays, increasing with service
