Fragrance Consultant – John Lewis White City (15 Hours)
Contract type: Permanent; 15 hours per week over 3 days. Location: John Lewis, White City. Hourly rate: £13.86. Reports to: Area Sales & Education Skin & Fragrance.
Overview
As a Fragrance Consultant, you will be sharing your passion for fragrances and delighting customers with our Brand stories. You will be immersed in the Shiseido Group and receive inspiring training on all of our scents, joining a network of brands where developing our people is at the heart of the business.
Main Responsibilities
- Meet sales targets and identify new opportunities to drive the business.
- Provide exceptional service and surpass customer expectations; engage customers and store teams.
- Act as an ambassador for all brands, ensuring they are presented well at all times.
- Be an expert storyteller in fragrance; share our brands with customers.
- Reach and exceed sales targets; work as part of a team to achieve counter goals.
