YOUR NEXT ROLE:

Supporting our teams across Retail, the Field Trainer – Drunk Elephant is exceptionally placed to orchestrate and shape the overall delivery of key messaging and training for our Drunk Elephant brand. Reporting into the National Education & Events Manager, this role will train and educate DE brand ambassadors who are eloquent in communicating the amazing benefits of Drunk Elephant skincare. This includes product knowledge, sales techniques service standards all with the aim of supporting the delivery of DE sales & productivity levels. Working closely with commercial, marketing and retail, this is a permanent position, based in our fabulous UK Head office in London where we centralise our focus on supporting our business, creating Beauty innovations for a better world.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the delivery of Drunk Elephant productivity for all POS building consistent animation, events and services.
  • Guide the Brand ambassadors & shared associate teams on skincare skills, product knowledge and eventing expertise.
  • Share ideas and suggestions, or Brand ambassador/shared associate team development and further coaching, analyse success of training sessions.
  • Keep regular communications with the in store teams virtually, and over the phone.
  • Motivate teams to drive eventing, booking and animation in your absence.
  • Support brand events and masterclasses across all aspects of event planning, from presentation to product kit and set up organisation.
  • Support sales by assisting counters with daily business and exceeding goals.
  • Input into strategies with Marketing leads, National Education & Events Manager Skin, and Area Sales & Education Managers to develop, execute and review store action plans.
  • Support industry activity, PR and Marketing as required, through content creation, photoshoots, and virtual consultations.
  • Coach Brand ambassadors & shared associate teams in-store on behaviours that project the brand image and drive sales.
  • Conduct store visits regularly to review programs and goals, assess Brand ambassadors & shared associate teams product knowledge, productivity, selling environment, address areas of challenge, and identify areas for development.
  • Manage travel and accommodation within budget and look for the best deals by booking ahead of time.
  • Review all travel bookings well ahead of time of departure.
  • Gain approval from line manager for flight costs.
  • Check in regularly with line manager on progress, keeping up to date with ambassador buy in.
