As a joint brand Counter Manager, you will bring the Shiseido & Drunk Elephant vision to our customers in a fast paced open sell shopping environment, embodying each brand's philosophy into every customer connection. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

PROFILE
- Ability to work and drive a team to achieve a sales target in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with all touch points, Customers, Team members, Area Manager and retail partners in store.
- Organised and methodical, able to recognise business opportunities and plan accordingly.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members, to deliver brand message and an exceptional customer experience.
- Management experience or retail sales experience in beauty retail industry desirable.
