The UK Advocacy team is looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented support specialist to help execute product campaigns, manage community and advocate platforms, and collaborate closely with the CRM team on advocacy initiatives across multiple brands.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general support to the Advocacy Manager on current and future advocacy projects.
  • Respond to customer reviews across various touchpoints to maintain positive brand perception and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Support the NARS PRO community by managing inboxes, handling manual renewals, and onboarding new members.
  • Assist activations for The NARS Community, Drunk Elephant, and niche influencer communities – including sampling/product send‑outs, creating competitions, scheduling missions and tasks, and identifying engagement opportunities.
  • Support live online and in‑person events, ensuring they deliver measurable impact on brand awareness and revenue growth.
  • Work closely with the CRM team to support creative briefs and email campaigns promoting live and in‑person events and promotions with an emphasis on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Manage the monthly Shiseido brand Facebook content calendar: ideation, copywriting, scheduling, monitoring, and optimisation to increase engagement.

Qualifications

  • Active TikTok user with a good understanding of beauty brands, content, and influencers.
  • Superb organisational skills with a passion for detail and precision.
  • Excellent time‑management and prioritisation abilities.
  • Strong numeric literacy.
