As Brand Manager, you will help drive the marketing and brand strategy for Narciso Rodriguez and Zadig & Voltaire businesses in the UK, ensuring all parties are aligned and working towards the same goals; to achieve annual sales and profit targets.

- Manages: Shared Marketing Coordinator and Intern (Marketing Coordinator dotted lines to BM, Intern directly reporting to the BM)

Main Responsibilities
- UK National Marketing Plans: Work with Marketing Director to translate EMEA strategy into an actionable marketing plan for the UK. Develop launch strategies by retailer in liaison with the Commercial team to maximize business opportunities. Identify local market needs and develop local activations with the National Account Team to support brand growth. Understand trade customer requirements to maximize brand inclusion in their activities, working with NAMs on exclusives and promotional offers during key trading periods.
- Media: Manage the media budget and define and execute media plans with Regional stakeholders and the Media agency. Coordinate with PR on influencer selection and briefing for paid media content.
- Forecasting & Stock Management: Provide insights and benchmarks for newness forecasting based on retail and product performance data. Manage POSM forecast within budget. Oversee trade marketing sampling forecast and allocation planning with NAMs. Ensure catalog forecasts are updated based on business needs and activations. Account for pre-series needs and oversee forecasts for merchandising elements managed by Visual Merchandising and PR teams.
- Merchandising: Collaborate with Visual Merchandising on local initiatives like counter design, displays, and decorations.
- Pricing & Competition: Monitor industry pricing strategies and oversee annual pricing reviews for UK & Ireland. Coordinate competitor tracking on marketing, events, online strategy, and PR activities.
- Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze UK ROI on initiatives and launches; inform future decisions. Report analysis to EMEA to support regional insights. Coordinate with the team on NPD reports and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Budget Management: Manage daily marketing budgets, ensuring compliance and timely updates. Support annual budget planning and reconciliation with Finance.
Experience Required
- Relevant marketing experience, preferably in beauty.
- Strong communication, presentation skills, and commercial acumen.
- Influencing and negotiating skills at all levels.
- Resourceful, passionate, and energetic.
- Self-starter with the ability to multitask and work under ambiguity.
- High attention to detail and organization.
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
