MISSION The Accounts Receivable Administrator will be responsible for carrying out administration activities on the customers ledger for UK&I's. You will be a proactive, self-starter with the ability to prioritise workload, and escalate issues when needed. You will have a credit background and be a team player with the willingness to learn and take on new tasks to develop.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the collection of debt across accounts as requested, and show adaptability to ledger changes that may take place within the team.
- Support the Senior Credit Controller building and maintaining great working relationships with your stakeholders to assist with successful query resolution and collection of debt.
- Take a common sense approach to ensuring issues are escalated as appropriate to improve resolution outcomes.
- Support with management the master data for customers.
- Provide timely responses to AR inbox queries.
- Involvement in AR month end and year end closing process/tasks.
- Carry out administration tasks relating to reporting and communicating Debit Notes.
- Carry out the daily & monthly administration duties of the Credit Control function (Debit note and query resolution, recharges, cash allocation & reconciliation).
- Support in review of trade insurance policy and with review of the credit risk and limits of key accounts half yearly.
- Support Senior Credit Controller/Transactional Finance Manager with Audit queries as required.
- Be a team player, utilise your experience & knowledge to be a point of support for the Transactional Finance Team.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Experience in managing high volume key accounts.
